Dr. Meade has been in practice in Fostoria for 12 years. Raised in Fremont, Ohio, he is a graduate of Fremont Ross High School and The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Dr. Meade and his wife Barbara have three children, Ben, Sam and Hannah. He was inspired to pursue a career in healthcare by his father, who is a retired physician at Memorial Hospital in Fremont. Dr. Meade is excited to be adding a second location in his hometown of Fremont. He loves to travel and golf, but with all his children's activities and a growing practice, time can be an issue. He hopes to be blessed to practice optometry for several decades with an occasional trip to Florida to walk the beach. As Doctor of Optometry, part of my commitment to my patients is ongoing professional education. As technology and the world around us changes, I have to keep up-to-date because I have to provide the best care possible for your eyes.
